Tim --- MSFT especially, but many others have done exactly as you have described for years. That is exactly what I am hoping for as an UPside surprise does a ton more for confidence than meeting a higher number. The fact still remains .04 is peanuts and it makes no difference if you hire 2000 employees if they are not productive to the point of making money over a 3 month period.
