I think the downsizing will happen soon (Aug. 24), they are already trying to sublease buildings (reference the cc). Morgan worked for Bank of America before he joined AMAT, the cuts will be deep before AMAT bleeds red ink. We have next week off and then everybody expects the infrastructure to be adjusted to meet the business requirements.
