Kat you do have a lot to learn.. most penny stock companies have no intention of making a "go" of it, they exist for no other purpose than to sell stock. Insiders own millions of shares and they sell off into any runs, then they short it and then they hype it.. etc.. There are companies such as ADVR who have been doing it for years and years.. no products, no services.. just carrots dangling in the air. Best to take your money and run when you find out that things are not as you first thought, IMO.
