Good point, it might open good and fade. I still think
there may be a surprise western aid package announced soon. That may turn the corner for good. If Russia can fix the GKO redemption problem, they should be able to make the turnaround.

Well, 2 cover "horror" stories in the major US general and business newspapers. Contrarians might say it that indicates all info is known and a bottom has been reached. We'll see.
