Realist and Mike, I am not disputing that the financials are being done and will be out, what I'm saying is just what Mike has said, no production, no revenues, I mean what in the world does anyone think these financials are going to reveal, I mean they shouldn't affect the price at all, they are spending money all over the place on having house down there for 4 or five months, getting samples paying payroll, and all the other ancillary expenses and they aren't bringing in any revenue.....I'm mean when they come out and are lousy that isn't going to surprise me or bother me a bit.....again they have the ORE, sometimes we make things a bit to difficult, they are going to have to either A. dig it out and make some profits....or get someone else to do it, I mean its just that simple, this is an emerging company, and I think like I said before that this company with communications with people in the company they painted a "pie in the sky situation", this price at the present time is about right, until some hard and fast numbers come out we will be right here, so the financials aren't that big a deal to me, NOW if this company is turning a profit, and doesn't show a loss with no production or revenue then I want to be first in line to see how that is done, I am tucking all my shares away and like Mike said check back in 3-6 months to see where we are at.....I'm not becoming a naysayer or a basher....lets just say I'm becoming a realist...no pun intended, above is JMHO, yours my differ...

I have been told by a financial investment person that it is very easy for a group of people sometimes insiders to sell into the market reinvest in the stock at lower prices and get a warrent and a 10% finders fee in stock and they do it over and over again and keep there position and make money at the same time the only thing that changes is the number of shares in the company it just keeps getting bigger.

Either by private placement of shares or a cash cow that you don't know about and they don't want you to know about. You must remember at this point MDIN is a bulletin board stock and by reputation, funny things happen on this form of exchange. I have watched many a friend get burned in this company and others that trade bulletin board. I have a personal relationship with one such company and get to see the strugles they go thru as start-up companies that have few assets and minimal capitalzation. It can be done but time is an important factor and solid HONEST management is of upmost importance. Either MDIN has taken major loans to do what they report(and this would surprise me since nothing has really been proven yet)or they are selling the company away for funding. One must remember to old saying hear "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR IT"!!!!!And in this case you hope so!!!
