Actually I don't think it would be to hard to obtain dual citizenship.
Not saying that is the case, but you know, the Canadians short stocks to.

I guess I don't remember anywhere in your question that you stated it had to be an American. Only where you could short our OTC stocks... The people who told me about this are Canadians. Also, you could get duel citizenship... I am thinking for a few million a year, it would be worth it.
