The House represents a closer contact to the people. The people want gambling. Clinton (knows nothing about computers) loves the Internet, so he's told. Gore is an Internet junky and the next President.

Gambling is slowly turning from a vice to an entertainment. The House will drag their decision based on the above White House conception. Time will go by, gambling will have made the turn to entertainment and Internet gambling will be legalized under heavy regulation.

Winr has been appreciating due to the fact that many feel
very certain that the operation will be up and running soon.
These appreciation is nothing more than recouping the depreciation
that had took place because of the delays.

Therefore, once the operation is up and running, expect a
nice premium on top of its original high of 4.75 or so.

Then when the contract announcements roll in, additional appreciation
will occur.

And when the U.S. decide to regulate instead of outright prohibition
of online gaming, you know the deal...

I think Miller's target price of 20 in 6 - 12 months is very conservation considering the multiples that are given to internet-related companies. And remember Winr has no immediate
competition and in an explosive online industry.

Bottom line: Go Winr!
