Rod, you do not need a conspiracy between management and the bandits, and I never said there is such a conspiracy, it is the nature of the floorless beast that management will try to counteract the effects of their own folly (the floorless), one such drive is promoting buying of the stock (see my earlier comment on EXSO, where not only stockholders paid the price, but poor Arkansan employees as well as "well meaning" management), another is corporate buy back (see an earlier post on Arakis' efforts in this regard). If you refuse to learn from history, you are doomed to repeat it. Zeev
