Capitalism at its' finest!! Companies that control the tide of product development become unassailable by the competition until
they get so big that they lose the competitive/innovative spirit.
Beauracracy sets in and the huge companies lose the "hunger"
to excel. Small, hungry companies are usually more aggressive and
daring in their approach, and everyone has a common sense of purpose and a common direction. Number 2 and #3 are always
trying innovative ways to take business from # 1, trying to usurp the
King, as it were"
