<<I think the two are decoupled. GCTY went up 3 times while CMGI down 15% or some. >>

As I said, CMGI is big, real big, and won't move along exactly with GCTY. CMGI is volatile, however, and each moved 6 to 7 points today. I think CMGI moved up in anticipation of the GCTY IPO, got hit with the market correction last week, and then popped up again for the IPO.

In any event, it's the only way to play GCTY short right now. (by the way, I'm not playing this one, I just looked at it pretty closely just before the IPO).

Oh, and here's some more info on FBNA:

<<GCTY went up 3 times while CMGI down 15% or some. Or since many already knew of GCTY IPO then bid up CMGI last week.>>

You are right. CMGI is a good short now that many momentum players are dumping this stock. Should hit 50 day MA around 62 soon. If that fails to hold, next stop 40.

Word of caution, CMGI is a very volatile stock, bound to have a few spike up days. Must watch it carefully but short term trend is definitely down.
