This is maybe where the .90 comes from, but that is based on 1.2 million shares @ $6.00/share not the 1.57 million they mentioned. I'm not sure which number is correct.

KAHI owns 1.2 million of Kaire International and is going public in September for $6 a share. This equates to $7.2 million dollars of equity for KAHI. With 8 million shares they have $.90 per share from this alone. This stock should at least trade at $1 a share. Their lab is also profitable and worth probably $0.25 pershare and do not forget Nanjing Potamac this will give them another $million in equity or $1.50 per share. The total book after equating all of this is $2.65.

This is the only news right now. For all of you who have miss quoted the shares out and the float it is as follows

8 million out
5 million float

If anyone comes up with different numbers they are wrong

Now, if we assume that the book value logic is correct. They based on the new information about share count .... about 16 million instead of 8 million .... then we should cut the book value in half (from that estimate) to about $1.32.

Still pretty good for a 3.4 cent stock.
