Eric, I appreciate your sentiments. You were pretty restrained compared to certain bozos who would spin bizarre shorting conpiracies and... okay, I won't mention any names.

Someday (is it coming soon?) people will be able to post contrary opinions here without being called bitches, getting death threats, etc. (And if anyone doubts the death threats, I kept mine in HTML form -- I'll gladly e-mail them). I agree, Janice does some great DD.... hope I can achieve that level someday.

It does gall me that stocks which have yet to even produce audited financials can be bid up to $5 and beyond based on hype from clowns like the "Rocketeers" (part of their DD on INFE revealed that the company's offices, though closed during a "surprise" visit, looked pretty nice). Meanwhile, solid small stocks are ignored.

Hopefully tragedies like we just witnessed can be, if not avoided, dampened in the future through real DD... not judging a corporation's future on the fact the CEO seems to be a nice guy. "Calling the company" only works if the company is always telling the truth... and even then it would have a nice spin on it.

Hopefully some future hype jobs will be taken with more salt. Perhaps phrases like "You only lose money if you sell" will evaporate. Perhaps everyone who called anyone who questioned MTEI's prospects "lice" will rush back to the thread and apologize.

I can dream, can't I?
