zeev, Thanks for the link. Nobody should believe a word from this company. The gas wells may be real but it's my opinion the management wants to keep it all for themselves. If not they should have a full disclosure including financials and numbers on the wells. You don't run an honest company behind closed doors like this. Stamm has done nothing IMO to redeem NAE in any way. This share reverse split is not to help the investor. We have been screwed. This is only to keep the wolves at bay by bringing into question the shares that were being used to call the shareholders meeting. I think it's all about Stamm trying to keep things in his own pocket. I don't believe Stamm gives a dam about us. Money has been coming into the company. We have a right to know how much and where it's going. And what does this new board have to offer that we should give up a third of the company for it? I'd like to know why it takes so many incentives and to do what? What are these people going to do for NAE and us? Not enough to merit options on 1/3rd of the company. It's got to be criminal to do that. Bob
