There are other people privy to that information. Also at the risk of sounding like I am into conspiracy theories, I have said I believe there was no direct evidence of insider leaks in the last two days but there was at the time of the original Ledoux retraction. Now it's getting late and past my usual bedtime but was there any change in who might be privy to such information during that period?

SH: For future reference, if Sid ever decided to buy shares, that would be the buy signal of a lifetime. IMO, I think he'd wait until it was a sure thing first.
