Well said, Eric. Many of us were wrong. I have come to believe that we have all been had.

Janice did some great DD on this one and is still doing it. Thanks, Janice.

Jhild also did some good DD. He just wasn't very effective in his presentation. Jhild, people may be more willing to listen to you in the future if you do not come across quite so sarcastically. IMHO.

This has been a learning experience for all of us. Hopefully we will be better investors in the future because of it.

I have already gone to the web site

milberg.com

and filled out the form to initiate a class action lawsuit. I would advise everyone to do the same, but that is the decision that each person must make for himself. This story is far from being over.

Now a question of someone more knowledgeable than myself: If a stock has stopped trading, can you still call for your certs? Might be fun to keep as a reminder.

Eric,

I have to say that you were restrained to a great degree, unlike some of the others who need to be restrained.
Although we clashed in a minor way about you wanting the 'stuff' on another thread - you were right.
However as far as me being right about MTEI, I saw Janice's lead - got caught up in the factual reporting she did.... and followed my instincts, which I usually do in regards to stocks, as well as other things. In that, I often don't have 'facts' to present.

I think we've all been burned by a stock - for various reasons. But recognizing it is the reason to keep posting, not to stop.
Reconsider.
And visit the Flame Thread - so I can stop this message and flame you as you deserve! <g>

From the heart, Eric, I never once thought that you hyped this company. You were as gullible as the rest of us and merely reported the potential economics of the play.

Well, it's been a nice $40K lesson ($60K in Canuck bucks).
