Steve, one company I like, TS Telecom may be worth looking into. It is very cheap, trading with a PE of 5.5 and excellent growth numbers. The company's auditors are Coopers and Lybrand, which is a very well respected firm, so you have some confidence in their reporting. The other thing I like is the fact that the company sells into the "infrastructure" market. It seems that the government is intent on spending on infrastructure projects to help prop up the economy if it starts to slow down. In any event you can check out the company at: tstelecom.com
