I assume you are saying that MDIN did the share shuffle last week because they are getting ready to declare bankruptcy and since Larry and his cohorts hold the preferred shares-they will get whatever is left of the company?

So what? If MDIN goes bankrupt, any one who knows anything will realize that shareholders traditionally get nothing-we are at the bottom of the food chain-court costs, attorney fees, creditors will all have their fill before shareholders get anything.
