Brad,

I guess this might be a point of debate. There actually are doctors out there that do actually spend time with their patients (eg Zebra).
Correct me if I am wrong but the family doctor who is on his own can basically decide for himself just how far he is willing to go beyond a Viagra script. The Viagra failure can always just go home with a MUSE script and the video and not even bother with office titration (Personally I don't know just how dumb the patient is that he could not figure out for himself on how to use the product by simply reading the insert which to me seems very self explanatory). I also have been under the impression that doctors working for HMOs are discouraged from doing referals if unnecessary. If this is true, then MUSE is cheaper alternative than refering Viagra failures to the urologist. Correct me if I am wrong.

Brad,

If your last statement is valid then Vivus does not need a domestic partner nor does it need to spend a lot more time on the urologists who already know about MUSE.

Next time your car breaks down in death valley or the postman looses that big fat check you were supposed to get from all your shorts or you get electricuted just say to yourself, damn those guys must really have been busy to do a good job.
You know untill very recently no matter what, when I do a job, I make sure I did a good job, even if I lost money on it. I figured I HAD to do a good job, not cause of repeat business cause there are always more suckers out there that you never run out of customers but for my own pride! But recently guess what, my attitude really sucks, it began to suck a few years back but now it really sucks!
I sure hope you dont want me to ever fix anything cause you never know when I wont really feel like doing the job right!
The US is a has been, its at the top just like japan was a few decades ago.. In another decade I wonder who will be at the top, it sure could be someone who takes pride and does the job right.
It sure is easy to be cocky when you are at the top, after all the worlds at your feet and others are growling. Remember the arabs in the 70's, the japs in the 80's, american's in the 90's..
Gee woudnt it feel good to kick some saddam and saudi butt?
Maybe even flirt with a jap or two?
