knight, I think you hit it on the head. Ledoux has really screwed the pooch on this one and I find it hard to believe the protocol would contaminate the samples and not the standards and blanks. Something is fishy. Also I don't think Ledoux refunding their fees will be sufficient. Naxos embarked on an expensive drilling program based on written and oral representations from Ledoux. We should be able to recover those costs as well. In addition if we find that this 'error' on Ledoux's part was too convenient there may also be damages. I would be very interest in legal opinion and will seek it out. Henry
