Every been to Vancouver Annie? Lots with house cost on average about 700 thousand to 1 million dollars. Then they doze the house and build a 2-5 million dollar house. (Vancouver, Kerisdale, Kitsallano, WestVan, NorthVan etc.). How many HONG KONG Chinese live in Omaha? It is all about demographics and this particular group of people STILL have tons of money to burn. Similar costs in Omaha? Anyway, just thought I should throw that out as I doubt you have ever even entertained the thought of builiding in Vancouver or owning a home there. YOur opinion, in my opinion was ill informed.
