>>>He broke the law shorting the shares, right? JMO.<<<

I guess I will never be sure about that.

Nevertheless, I understand your point of view....Once you join a group, it is hard to separate from it....I do understand this...I suspect that us Nays also behave this way. Good posts.

Rob: I think you are right when you say he broke the law when he shorted the shares.

Lets review.
Correct where I am mistaken.
He had a secret meeting with Zapara.
They discussed RMIl, and Zapara and he came to some weird agreement.
Conspiracy to commit fraud?
Trading on Inside Information?
Where and Who did he short through?
Did he meet the requirements of the shorting rules?
Add what I am missing.

Shorting is not illegal, but
it must be done correctly, or it (it being a particular short) may be illegal.

JMO.

The same scare tactic that he (DM) and the nays are trying with the bogus reports to the SEC about me. I am glad that they (SEC) are looking into me by asking questions to (of) shareholders around the USA. Now if the NASD and SEC would follow Mork, and his cohorts around. I believe that they would have a field day with the activities there, But I guess that they don't eat their own!

RBM, do you really believe the group has anywhere near 2.5 million shares?

TC,

My faith is drawn on the 2.5 million shares that I believe we hold.

Who else believes in that?
