Good Morning All, I will repost & email the chat session tonight or tomorrow morning. Hopefully Tom will have a chance to come back today and elaborate on the items he didn't get a chance to finish.

For what its worth, I feel like I know a lot more about my investment and while I don't see any buyers out there today (we're all tapped out) I also don't see anyone selling after hearing what Tom had to say.
