S,

I really do have to go to bed, but I will leave you with this. Okay, while your points are good, I feel my points are good as well. We are all adults here, and I for one will put my money where my mouth is. I could be completely wrong, won't be the first or the last time, but I am willing to lose it, its my risk. I got a lot of friends here. Some people think this shorting business isn't real. Well I know it is. I couldn't find that article, but to make a long story short. MM's on the OTC don't usually sit around with inventory. They have to go look for it, if none exsists, do you think they stop selling? NO way. SO they start selling and a naked short occurs. Then they kill the price, scare everyone to sell, make a fortune on the way down, and then let the company rot in the waste that is left. Short but sweet. I am sure noone was sitting on the shares of OVIS when it ran. That is why it ramped up so fast.

Night Martin,

Rob

They may default on the loan, however, I think intent is an issue.
If it can be proved that the intent of the whole thing was to skirt the laws, the story may be different.
Proving intent?
Don't ask me.
