We pretty much know what the results are going to be. IMO, there are two key questions that need to be answered:

1) Where specifically is the money going to come from to keep the company going? (Financing, merger, acquisition, strategic partner?)

2) What's the current estimate as to when SyQuest might reach the magic 400K SparQs per quarter number? (the point at which it appears gross margins should reach break-even).

It looks like SyQuest will lose about 34 cents a share for the June quarter, but this should come as no surprise to anyone and will likely have zero impact on the stock price. Answers (or lack of answers) to the above questions will move the needle IMO.
