Paul: There is more truth in your response than you may realize. Don't forget that it (money or financing) is a COMMODITY, it has a price, a market, a supply and a demand. It is not magic. Those that sell it or let people use it are in it to maximize their profit. Those that need it must try to make the best deal to make its overall cost of use acceptable. It is not unique to one owner. It is not revolutionary like a new idea. But it's real frustrating when YOU need it and THEY have it. Best of luck. Steve
