On top of positive news from Hong Kong and Russia, there is a brokerage firm calling the bottom and upgrading KLIC. from Briefing.com: 09:02 ET Kulicke & Soffa Industries Inc. (KLIC) 17: Janney Montgomery Scott upgrades semiconductor equipment maker from "hold" to "buy." After meeting with management, firm believes that company at bottom of cycle. Notes, however, that management was quick to point out that not sure if this is a "dead cat bounce" or the first sign of a real turn. Janney Montgomery feels that at worst KLIC skipping along at bottom of cycle. Believes may be a qtr early with the upgrade, but says, "we have the patience to accept the risk."
