...continue.... Now John Doe Mining is happy about this and faclitates Maxvalue's geologists in determining if infact J.D. properties are attractive enough to further advance the relationship. In the end, MV definately want to continue. There are a few problems , however, that need to be resolved first. One is the fact that J.D. and another mining company, Night Mining , are feuding over certain properties. Fortunately for J.D. , they illustrate to MV that Night's claims are completely false. They were able to accelerate this because the government of the country they and Night are in understand the false claims of Night and have intervened in the matter to put an end to Night's foolish attempt. Another issue pops up. J.D. needs to resolve struture of ownership, and it needs to reallocate share plan. J.D. does this. things can now proceed. Many of J.D. shareholders question and demand answers and are losing patience that they are not hearing anything " new " from J.D. They are making false assumptions, confusing issues, and creating scenarios that are science fiction. J.D, , on the other hand, because of legal diisclosure parameters is unable to inform J.D. of MV 's interest. A possible solution that mght quiet shareholders fears is to find out why MV geologists have been on properties for over 6 months. Now, how can shareholders find this out sinceno company spokesman can or will say anything ? There must be ways. Some people have evidently been able to do it through hard work and creative DD. Maybe these peolle actually visited locations or have an observer there ?
