Joe, having observed other companies trying to get bank loans for development of known oil fields (Arakis and Abacan), I would say it is easier said than done. Arakis has decided to put itself on the block rather than go again the floorless route, and Abacan is still struggling, they shed some assets to lessen their debt load and are seeking partners, but so far it seems that they are only partially successful, thus the stock is flirting with its yearly low.
