>>Esecurities, do you think Fujitsu could be in the running as well as NTT?

No...we simply have no confidence in this company at this point...from how HoTMetaL was effectively stopped marketed since its IPO turning itself into a liberal think-tank to hiring a no name Canadian provincial investment banking firm to be its lead pursuant to its announced spin-off...SoftQuad Inc IPO was nothing more than a con job as far as we're concerned...Alpha's stance on SoftQuad is that it is killing the Company and simply must be spun-off as soon as possible, however, no one wants to pay anything for them(.)

SoftQuad/Alpha issued a glowing fiscal 1997 Annual Report, Message to Shareholders and Presentation to Shareholders with no mention of a NASDAQ delisting, confidence of a favorable Lernout arbitration award, no mention that William Perrault actually never became VP Marketing of Alpha, nor formal disclosure that insiders were given non-recourse loans [of critically needed cash] to purchase common shares. Alpha has since not shipped a successful product viz a viz Simply Paperless, Express Fax, Clean & Protect, PowerCleaner, and Here's My Card has not seen the light of day...and that, literally, is the good news...(what we're left with)...Alpha is spinning off SoftQuad Inc yet is pursuing/keeping these misguided product lines [itself] contemporaneous with not giving ONLINE merchant its unconditional support!?...the Rabins, again, must simply announce said restructuring including a revised U.S.-based strong Board of Directors...(PERIOD)...if they do not [formal disclosure] make this move we will send a blunt force trauma message with accordant implications to all past and present SoftQuad International (NASDAQ:SWEBF)(TSE:SKI) insiders.
