BigKNY3,

As to what PFE will do with income from susidiary sales I feel MRK is probably a pretty good model to take note of (ended a sentence in a preposition, okay, so I'm not a Harvard grad.). IMHO, look for announcement of further stock re-purchase. Also, don't look for PFE to go out of its way to disspell any bad news that might keep the price down during this buy-back period. Take note that MRK went out of its way to step all over itself during conference call of latest quarterly reports, to effectively drive price down before announcing stock re-purchase program with funds made available from sales of astra and dupont concerns. So that you don't mis-interpret my statements I'll tell you I am a short term trader and am on the bull side of 105 short term. I want the price up now. But I did get burned on MRK deal and see same scenerio setting up here. Just food for thought. All of this is just my opinion and pure speculation.

Sincerely, Swedelo
