Sell naked calls if you are authorized, just don't go overboard on your position. You can also buy puts, but the vol premiums are mighty steep.

Sell naked calls on AMZN as I am doing this A.M.! Selling the Sept. 40's for $8 and change and the Oct. 50's for $8 and change! Great premium!

*** Off Topic: other internet shorts ***

William,

You might take a look at INKT. I've made some pretty good money shorting this one. It has a tendency to make quick runs and then slowly move back down. So, just look for the run and then short away after that.

Good luck.

Short VRSN above $32 - so a newsletter tells me.

It makes a pretty convincing case that there is little revenue in those certificates it provides.

William<Tried to reestablish a short position today but now Datek is telling me it can't short AMZN.>
I know this sounds bizarre, but its probably because the SEC has told them, not to.
