InterJetNet Corp. Introduces Wireless Internet Access to Orange County ------------------------------------------------------------------------ NEWPORT BEACH, CALIF. (Aug. 13) BUSINESS WIRE -Aug. 13, 1998--InterJetNet Corporation (OTC BB:IJNT) announced today that it will extend its high-speed wireless Internet system to Orange County, California. With solid operations already underway in Salt Lake City, Utah, as well as Houston and Beaumont, Texas, this is the latest achievement for IJNT in its effort to expand nationwide. By bringing high-speed wireless Internet access to Orange County, IJNT is starting an ambitious strategy to penetrate and dominate the market in California. The Company will first bring its services to Irvine, California because of the region's unique market opportunities. The Irvine area is rapidly growing, especially in the business sector. Ronald Leland, director of marketing at IJNT, commented, "Through our ambitious marketing, sales, and expansion campaigns, we are now on target to open a new location every month. With our Newport Beach office nearby, Orange County is a great location for us to begin our California expansion. Orange County's rapidly growing business community, which has been dubbed the second Silicon Valley, poses a great deal of market potential for the Company." Orange County is currently the second most populous county in southern California, and the fifth most populous county in the U.S. -- boasting a total population of 2,543,164. After experiencing 23% population growth during the 1980s, Orange County had 828,849 households by 1990. Once IJNT achieves market dominance in Orange County, the Company plans to expand throughout the Los Angeles metro region, and as far south as the Mexican border. After full coverage of southern California, IJNT intends to complete its California expansion by extending into the San Francisco Bay area and the northern region of the state. In addition to providing wireless Internet access to the region, IJNT will introduce the following business services: corporate e-mail solutions, tools to expand marketing success through web development, website design and hosting, and corporate solutions for the Internet and Intranet. IJNT has signed a five year contract for tower space near the John Wayne Airport. InterJetNet Corporation provides high speed internet access and service to homes and businesses without the use of phone lines. InterJetNet's subscriber base is rapidly growing and expected to exceed 10,000 by the end of 1998 as the Company expands into markets worldwide. The Company's rapid growth is the result of aggressive marketing and sales, internal development, acquisitions, and strategic alliances. InterJetNet is currently in the process of changing its name to IJNT International.
