Come on, now, "pro bono" means you don't pay up front, then they keep a LARGE chunk of the settlement. Unfortunately, it's probably the only practical way to pursue this.

I've been involved in several in a completely passive roles -- in other words, some lawyers filed a suit on behalf of all shareholders and I happened to be one. On one of them I received about 1/3 the money I lost. On another I didn't receive a dime. A third is pending. I'm not hopeful. The lawyers take about 90% of the settlement. I doubt very much whether they will work for free.

My guess is that there will be no money to recover for anybody. However, a class action suit may prompt criminal charges if it develops that this was a scam.

That's a big if. Despite everything, my gut feeling is that the MTEI people, including Uselton, were out to run a real business but got screwed by the ICVI people. The constant bashing of this stock probably made survival impossible, since it brought in the SEC and worried the bankers. I'm not going to try to defend this reading, nor am I suggesting that Uselton should be excluded from any legal action. It's just my guess, barely even an opinion.

Very little is gained from a class action suit against a company with no money or assets. You guys are jumping to huge conclusions here and doing dumb things out of desperation. Can't you wait till we find out what's really going on????
