To All Zulu-Tek Shareholders: The following is the e-mail I wrote to Mr. Mincheff at roger_mincheff@zulumedia.com . I think it is time for all shareholders to bombard the company with a request for a public news release addressing the issues confronted by the company. We have waited long enough! Will it do any good? Yes, I think if enough people write or e-mail Mr. Mincheff the company will respond in some form. Dear Mr Mincheff: I am a stockholder in Zulu-Tek. I am very concerned about the lack of interest the company has displayed toward its shareholders. It has gotten to the point of being ridiculous. All of the promises and assurances made by the various PR/IR people representing the company haven't come to fruition. All of the dates set for the releasing of financials and the merger/combination of Zulu and ESVS have come and gone. Rumors are running rampant on various stock chat forums. We investors are hearing everything from the company has boarded up its offices and left town, to this whole operation and the company is nothing more than a scam accompanied by flagrant stock manipulation. I realize that we are a small bulletin board company, but never the less, the company has failed in it's responsibility to its shareholders. I have been advised that the company is aware of the confusion going on surrounding Zulu-Tek. My question to you, Mr. Mincheff, is why don't you address these issues in the form of a public news release. Please don't tell me that because of the impending merger and SEC regulations your lips must remain sealed. I know very well that you could issue a press release designed in generic form, in compliance with any "quiet restrictions", which would address these issues. Under the circumstances,I believe,it is your duty and fiduciary responsibility to act immediately to dispel this confusion by the issuance of a press release directed to the company's shareholders. Your immediate response will be appreciated. Sincerely yours, Michael L. Bland
