Good article today on GTL - Oil and Gas Investor, August 1998/Volume 18/Number 8- page 48. Don't have a scanner available-maybe somebody can find it on the web and post.

True, although one of the benefits of Texaco's intended application, as I understand it, is that Texaco already has in place within its refineries the necessary wherewithal (facilities and stuff) to produce production gas from the refinery bottoms. That means one less piece to need to be built after the signing.
