Ed,

That is almost frightening...a large percentage move in which direction?

Ed,

When the BBs tightened last time I had a pretty good idea which way we were headed |<( I have a pretty good idea which way we are headed this time too, and it is a different direction. The selling is so organized the past week it obviously has a purpose. There is lots of buying but the shares keep coming in to match it.

Since the Reg-D series-C conversion price is determined by the average closing price over a period of trading days (20 I think) it behooves them to have the stock price depressed for that length of time. I theorize that once the price has been near this level for 20 days it will trend upwards, perhaps briskly if something good is happening over there. It has been 16 days since earnings... Just a theory.

Even though they are not allowed to short ANCR, they have plenty of Series - B shares they can rightfully convert and sell. If they converted near the low, they could own a 2-3 million shares (85% of any closing price they choose/chose). Plenty to spare to hold the price down for a while. Once they convert the Series C shares they will own roughly 1/3 of the outstanding shares. Then their interests will be the same as ours, to have the shares trading much higher.

Again, just a theory.

I am very bullish at these prices. I have resigned myself to the fact that when conversion is complete, there will be 20M shares outstanding instead of 12M. However, I also believe the company is worth over $100 Million based on my analysis of market potential, growth, and the technology.
