OT: Trufflette, many reasons, the most important of which I think are:

1) It's had a huge run y-t-d.

2) Uncertainty about earnings (overblown IMO).

3) Options expiration a few days after earnings, as opposed to the past when it was a few days before. Shorts can wait until Wednesday, after earnings, to cover.

4) Uncertainty about a potential split.

5) High trailing multiple.
