I think stock justice just compiles info. for the sec. Millberg actually being the lawyers but i could be wrong.
Anyway, I think its a good idea to mention the people who have our money in the message box provided (aka, J. Christensen, J. Gort, G. Gutteman, and Lindsey). We may never see a red cent but we might as well make it abundently clear to the sec and lawyers who has our money. I am also personally working with another attorney and if anything comes of that I may ask for all shareholder info. here, and Im trying to contact my congressmans office and Ill let everyone know if I get anywhere. Lets at least band together and try to nail these crooks. Odds are long, but there are strength in numbers and together we can make some noise.

Tina, it is my understanding that there is usually a race between the competing counsels to sign up as many shares as they can so when it consolidates against the defendants, they can become the lead counsel. Evidently, the lead counsel gets more money, because they are the ones filing the motion, etc. This is my understanding only and I am not a lawyer, but it has seemed to explain in my mind why these class action lawyers run to court so quickly (be there first) and sign up as many as possible (represent the most shares).

If someone reading this is a lawyer, perhaps they can elaborate more knowledgeably than I can.

What I don't know about here though is whether there is really anything to recover. If the money is all gone, and the assets are not worth much, then it may make sense to any receiver to let the land go for taxes again. If there is no money to be recovered, these law firms will not have a great interest in pursuing. If there is any money they will take their expenses from it first you may be sure.

Regretfully I will have to wish you good luck.
