even *if* EVI is taken out as an acquisition, perhaps it will be at 12 -- who knows. If it is at 12, maybe the price to be paid will be in the $15 range. Best to let the carnage take its course. The last time we looked at the OSX as I remember it was in the low 70s about a week ago. now in low 60s and a break to mid 50s wouldn't surprise me.

Doug, have you seen a press release or do you have info regarding the new estimates? I can't find any release. I'm assuming EVI mgt told only the analysts.
