Listen if it's just that there not putting out PR's or talking with anyone it could very well be that they don't want to say anything while the SEC is investigating them. Would You? I sure wouldn't. People starting a lawsuit this early I believe is wrong unless you all know something I don't. But like I said though I haven't been following this very closely lately. But if this is just fear because they haven't said anything lately, for gods sake take a chill pill and wait for some news from them or the SEC. or at least something reliable other that conjecture.

I just got off the phone with Quentine Moore Vice President of Eploration. He said that they were meeting with the SEC and their Lawyers today. He had no knowledge of Dunn Engineering being fired.

Was Quentin perhaps being a tad...evasive? There is indeed a meeting scheduled for two this afternoon. But my understanding is that the SEC isn't involved in that one.
