I can't believe Halla could convince the NSM Board that they could simply BUY a company - CYRIX - that was unprofitable and uncompetitive - and use that as a launching pad to compete with the Biggest Semi manufacturer in the entire WORLD (Intel, if you haven't guessed). These guys must have egos and visions of grandeur beyond imagination ! My bet is that Cyrix will keep NSM in the red - serious losses - for years to come if they don't jettison their "Kill Intel" plan. Paul
