I would imagine that these two are playing or have played this Promoter / Shorting scam for years before getting uncovered by us RMIL shareholders. All the chips are falling into place and that's the game that keeps popping up. Zapara comes in gets free shares for IR work, then the shorting begins and money is pocketed by the tag team. It also appears that the shorts have paid naysayers that post to induce shareholders to sell. This is how it appears to work! That is until Zapara got greedy and they got caught. RG
