Good question. I have to say to my self if AGTI is going out of business of filing a chapter 11, would over 70 MILLION shares, (PRE SPLIT VOLUME) be traded this past week?? I have never seen this happen in the real world!! MIKN is located in VEGAS, this could be the play or some other Gaming Company. AGTI has released no info to the contrary. Tight lipped which is mandatory during merger/acquasition negotiations!! Some employees are not being paid, so why are they still working?? Pot of gold at the end of the Rainbow, maybe. AGTI has made business connections through out the US and the World. Has patents on great products and technology. JMHO's, does this make any sense to you???.

Hello everyone, I am new to the AGTI thread. I picked it the symbol from another day trading thread on SI. There seems to be a lot of excitement on this tiny penny stock. 4 million volume is impressive for a penny stock (rivaling my precious Oracle). I agree with people's sentiment that something is up. Some form of news or takeover? Could somebody tell me how their share price took such a beating or did it just open at this range? I find 1.2 cents extremely cheap and it might be worth buying a few thousand shares just to experiment. Are they still planning on production? Thanks for the info Tom
