Janice please tell me if you know anything that the MTEI management has done intentionally that was illegal. Given the nature of libel laws, I'd rather not comment publicly on specific points. Just remember: the SEC doesn't suspend trading lightly, and they've been investigating for months. What they are interested in are fraud and material misrepresention. We've all read the press releases. Their content was provided by Uselton. Ask yourself these questions: Did Jack know how much land the company owned in West Virginia? Did he know how much it was worth? Did he know what became of the 19 million (though now it seems to have become 14 million?) shares that were supposedly authorized and issued illegally? And others are possible. We need also to know more about the New York lawsuit in which he and his nephew Darrel, among other, are defendants.
