ps sounds like merger is still on..... cien says 25 million order delayed .... some orders not booked as changing calendar reporting methods. sacrificed price for vol as planned and will not reflect in future qtrs.

That certainly is a possibility. Both CIEN and TLAB have shareholder
meetings on August 21 with the expressed purpose of voting on the
merger. What if the shareholders said no ??

IMHO-- The reaction today was excessive. Merger should go thru as it
is stronger for both.
