Hehehe...the price is ALWAYS dropping! It doesn't matter when I post, just posting at all is enough to satisfy your argument!

>> I hope, he is spending more time today on CIENA's BB! <<

I bet you wish I was losing money on that. Sorry!

>>Because, I have not read any twisted/fabricated facts from him in the past.<<

It could be that their fabricated facts were better to base a decision on that my non-twisted opinions.

I don't believe that Par & company have outright lied about their hopes for the future of the company. I did sell some when the CSFB deal was first announced and then some more when the reverse was announced. I think I suspected all along that it really was flooorless. But, I do clearly remember Par saying in the 3rd quarter CC last year that they would not do another floorless issue. I think I was argueing as much to convince myself as any other.

I think they sincerely believed that they would sign some mux deals three months ago and they would be able to support the price before conversion. Why am I holding now?

I wish I could tell for sure who is selling. Maybe those (soon to be ex) friends of Pars who bought the other convertable in July. Maybe ex-employees. I hope it is not CSFB. Very soon they will have a claim on over half the company. Perhaps they intend to take control and replace the current management.

I think the technology has value and I am not convinced that the IPO is a no go. I am waiting for those questions to be answered. I expect that if they go the wrong way I will not have anything of value left to sell. I believe the technology alone IS worth more than $3.75 (whoops $3.625) a share, the question is will we ever see that technology alone.

It shows your lack of character to continually launch these personal attacks against me.

You have not named any instances of my alleged "twisted/fabricated facts". This is because I have not presented any. The fact is that you are looking at this company with rose colored glasses. The fact that you will not acknowledge that two intelligent people can look at the same set of facts and come up with diametrically opposed conclusions shows that you do not understand what makes a market. The fact that you refer to my completely honest presentation of my conclusions concerning this company as "twisted/fabricated" shows that you are not interested in the truth, only in promoting your long agenda.

I am not making money on your losses. You have chosen to stay in a stock with a death spiral convertible. You have chosen to invest in a company that has a poor history of delivering on it's promises is your decision. The fact that you choose to listen to facts based on the position of the poster rather than the validity of the statements is your choice.

The misleading and twisted facts are coming from the long side. It is you who would hype Osicom up higher than this overpriced levels to generate profits for yourself. You phony self righteousness is sickening, and you accusations that I am dishonest are an affront to the truth.

With all due respect,

Barb
