This was to Eric after he posted a conversation with Jack last night... Thanks, Eric. I hope the shareholders will be able to salvage something in the end. Much depends, I suppose, on who really owns the properties in West Virginia. You should make an effort to find that out FAST. Has anyone considered organizing and trying to get an injunction to freeze the company's assets (if there are any) until it's clear exactly what's happened? And? I'm not suggesting that he simply ask Jack, for heaven's sake. I'm suggesting that the relevant documents be subpoened.
