Someone would buy this stock because:

--- It stands to make significant revenue from day one of
operations

--- It's BETA site already exists

--- they have agreements with some of the most well known and
trusted financial institutions in the world, notably Commerze Bank of Germany

--- The will offer the only worldwide, secure, insured payout system for internet gambling

--- They have already issued the winners debit card allowing for secure payment/payout at ATM's worldwide

--- and because the stock will be in 5+ range in the near future

Thank you for your insightful and well-researched analysis. It has certainly given me food for thought. And to think...I've been relying on 6 months worth of active DD on the part of dozens of investors instead of just asking for your opinion.
