Last sale at .06. Yahoo is in its "MTEI doesn't exist" mode which is every other day it seems. They should have put our a PR prior to trading commencing but I haven't seen it.

Anyone have a copy of the bylaws?

I'd be interested in seeing how things are set up. If the reverse falls apart, and Christensen and Gort are found guilty, we (as in all current shareholders) could be left holding a viable shell company.
