For any long here that thinks I'm making this stuff up - I'm not. If I am, it will be easy to prove right?

But if I'm not, you had better re-evaluate your position. The next step could be Ernst & Young quitting and pulling their 97 opinion, which could cause the stock to be halted. I don't think there is any question that class action lawsuits will be filed very soon against company and others for fraud and insider trading.

Here's what I'm claiming.

1. Oct 30 '97 SRCM management bought VNN & Brite for $44.6.
2. Since date of purchase, SRCM has lost customers representing a majority of the revenue from those businesses.
3. SRCM lost many of these customers in Q4 97 and in Q1 98 and did not disclose this significant event at the time it happened.
4. SRCM reported instead in Q4 '97 and Q1 that things were hunky dory.
5. While SRCM knew they had lost these customers - and yet before SRCM disclosed the problem to shareholders, insiders sold over $20 million of stock.

Ahhh .... Control... We got a problem...
